Annotation. The need for moral and legal acquisition of customs officials. Ability is determined by external and internal conditions of professional activity. In modern educational conditions, the search for ways to effectively form ethics and the legal powers of future customs specialists require additional attention. The activity of training future specialists in customs requires the harmonization of ethical and legal competences in modern educational conditions, based on the developed criteria and indicators, and finding ways to optimize them. Modern customs officer, analyzing the results of his activities using modern technologies - attracting future specialists in customs work to training outside the institute.
