Abstract: After the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, large-scale reforms are being implemented in the country's economy and social life. These reforms lead to important changes, especially in the field of management. The reforms implemented in order to increase the country's economic development, competitiveness and create a management system that meets international standards are aimed at strengthening Uzbekistan's place in the global economy.
