Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada dunyoning turli mintaqalida o’suvchi o’simliklarda uchraydigan endofit zamburug’lar, ularning tarkibida ucheaydigan biologik faol moddalari va o’simliklar hayotidagi ahamiyati haqida ma’lumot keltirilgan. Endofit zamburugʻlar bilan oʻsimliklar oʻrtasidagi munosabatlar yer yuzida yuksak rivojlangan oʻsimliklar paydo boʻlgan paytdan boshlab, kamida 400 million yil oldin rivojlangan degan taxminlar koʻpchilik tadqiqotchilar va olimlar tomonidan ilgari suriladi. Yer yuzida 300 000 ga yaqin yuksak oʻsimliklarning turlari mavjud boʻlib, ularning har biri bir yoki bir nechta endofit zamburugʻlar uchun xoʻjayin hisoblanadi. Endofit zamburugʻlarda topilgan bioaktiv ikkilamchi metabolitlarning koʻpligi ularning xilma-xilligi bilan bogʻliq. Shu sababdan ham ular tarkibidagi biologik faol moddalar tadqiqotchilar tomonidan o’rganilib turli sohalarda qo’llanilmoqda.
