In this article, artificial intelligence technologies that collect large amounts of data, which are becoming an integral part of our lives, and perform large-scale operations through this information, as well as inventions created by artificial intelligence technologies, patentability of innovations, if the created invention is considered worthy of a patent, the issues of who should be recognized as the author and who should be the owner of the property rights derived from it have been thoroughly studied and the necessary recommendations have been given. In addition, the assessment of artificial intelligence as an object or subject was studied based on the legislation of Uzbekistan and the USA.
